- Diversify! Incorporate whole foods into each meal.
- Invest in you! Stretch often and stand on breaks.
- Pencil it in! Schedule a stress buster.
I encourage coaching clients to add rather than subtract. Adding tends to crowd out those things that aren't supporting good health.
