Soothe in December...OO is for 'Om'

How do you wind down, relax, and de-stress?  Do you take a nap?  Pencil in some quiet time?  Spend time in nature?  All are terrific options.  Meditation is a practice that can deepen your relaxation, soothe your mind, and heal body and spirit.  You can meditate anytime and anywhere.  Whether you are new to meditation or are well-versed in your meditative practice, may I suggest adding visuals and chants?
