Desk job? Consider a standing work station.
Watching TV? Incorporate commercial break workouts.
Traveling? No gym? The seven minute workout is one of my favorites.

If you are sitting for long periods at work or while traveling…simply stretch more often, even shoulder shrugs and neck rolls help to relieve tension and increase your mobility. Move more every day. You’ll feel so much better!
