EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, is one method that I highly recommend for emotional support and overall well-being. EFT is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. This technique is also referred to as ‘tapping’ or psychological acupressure. I have found this technique to be very useful to relieve stress, calm anxiety, and reduce pain.
