When illness or pain lingers you need an advocate in your corner, a coach, a mentor, a guide—even a mechanic for those tough under the hood situations. Our bodies are a lot like the vehicles we drive—regular maintenance is how we can help them to run a little better and keep us safely on the road.

Chronic conditions turn our bodies into high maintenance vehicles. As we mature chronic conditions evolve and sometimes worsen. Working with a coach is motivating, can recharge your batteries, and places an expert in your corner.

Pain Management

Each and every one of us handles pain a little differently, experiences it differently, and will tolerate pain in differing degrees. Pain medication use is a very personal experience that should be monitored by you and your doctor. On my website, I offer a number of tools and resources that have been useful for me.

Regular acupuncture treatments was by far the most effective remedy for me to manage pain and minimize stress before, during, and after hip replacement. Today I can't imagine my life without acupuncture and receive treatments regularly. Arnica is a homeopathic that has been in my life for many moons and has been my go to gel to minimize bruises (externally & internally) and decrease swelling. Bio-Oil has provided me with positive results to improve the texture and color of my surgical scars and ProCure Epsom Salt Gel is a newly discovered favorite to ease aches and pains.
